Life can change in an instant. A job loss, housing crisis, unexpected pregnancy, health challenge, or personal loss can leave individuals and families struggling to find their footing. Too often, people face these challenges alone, without the support, resources, or guidance they need to move forward.

 

Live Through It Resource Center (LTIRC) was created to change that.

 

Our mission is to stabilize, support, and empower young adults ages 18–24 facing homelessness and/or pregnancy, as well as individuals of any age experiencing housing or health-related instability. Through resource navigation, mentorship, life-skills development, support groups, and community partnerships, we help people move from crisis to stability and from survival to success.

• Offer support groups focused on grief, emotional wellness, and life transitions

• Assist individuals and families facing housing and financial hardships

• Expand outreach efforts to connect more people with available resources
